Concierge Labor and Delivery Nurse
I’m passionate about offering this service because so many women walk into labor and delivery and think their nurse will be by their side the whole time. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case. If you choose to use my service, I will be with you through your entire labor and delivery. No more new face every 12 hours, it’s just you and me. Fear, anxiety, and birth trauma can be drastically reduced when you have an advocate by your side.

Postpartum Doula
Coming home from the hospital with a new baby after a long delivery and hospital stay can be so overwhelming. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a dedicated professional at your side to help you navigate those exhausting and scary first few days? Selfcare is so important and nearly impossible without help. Don’t worry about the laundry or dinner. Just focus on yourself and your new little bundle. I’ve got you!

Lactation Services
I’m a Certified Lactation Counselor and have breastfed two children of my own. I know the challenges that come with breastfeeding. I want to encourage you in your journey. I can offer a positive approach to your breastfeeding journey. So many women fail because of lack of belief in their bodies and lack of support. I’d love to be part of your support system. You can do this!

Classes/ Support Groups
I’m excited to offer childbirth classes that I have designed. This course will be over 10 weeks to include a comprehensive understanding of the pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. We will cover a plethora of topics. This will be a fun and engaging class. This class is offered online and in person. The sessions will be 1 hour each week.
I’m very excited about my Girl Empowerment classes. These classes will be for two different age groups. Ages 9-13 will be Chrissy’s Cuties. In this class we will discuss changes in our bodies, starting our periods, safe touch, social media safety, and lots of body positivity work. The next group will be girls ages 14-18 and will be Chrissy’s Chickadees. With my older girls we will discuss sex education, learning about healthy relationships, consent, body positivity and social media safety. Both groups will have babysitter classes and child and infant CPR certification.
The last service I will be providing is FREE Pregnancy, Postpartum, Pregnancy Loss, and Sexual Abuse Survivor Support groups. We will meet once a month for each group.
