Hello all you wonderful mommies!  My name is Chrissy Vause.  I am a registered nurse and have worked in Labor and Delivery for the past 20 years.  Although the bulk of my career has been serving patients in the Tallahassee area, I have also been a travel nurse and have served patients in Oregon, Washington, Pennsylvania, California, Washington D.C., South Florida, and Georgia.  Over the course of my career, my heart and passion have been in helping and cheering on women to achieve a beautiful, healthy delivery.  In addition to being a registered labor and delivery nurse, I am also a Certified Lacation Counselor with a passion for supporting women during the amazing but challenging time of entering the wild world of breastfeeding.  I’m looking forward to this next chapter of my life as a Concierge Labor and Delivery nurse, Postpartum Doula, Educator and Mentor.  Not only am I a nurse but I’m also a single mother to two wonderful kiddos.  I have a 19 year old son, who is about to start his first year of college.  I also have a 9 year old daughter, whom I homeschool.  She and I are a pair, so you’ll always see us together.  I’m so excited to work with you and cheer you on!
